Refunds

If Pro isn’t what you expected, you get your money back. Ask within 14 days of any charge, the first one or a renewal, and I’ll refund it in full. No questions, no conditions.
How to ask
Write to hello@helrig.com from the email address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. One line is enough.
What happens next
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank.
Your plan returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: everything in your library stays readable and downloadable, as the Terms promise.
Cancelling instead
If you only want to stop the next renewal, cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Your rights
This sits alongside any statutory right you have where you live, including the EU right of withdrawal, and takes nothing away from it.
